目的:建立归芍通络合剂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱Inertsil ODC-SP C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(50:50);流速:0.8 ml·min~(-1);柱温为40℃;检测波长为246 nm。结果::补骨脂素和异补骨脂素分别在0.041 6～0.249 6μg(r=0.999 8)和0.040 8～0.244 8μg(r=0.999 8)范围内具良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.2%(RSD=1.25%)和99.4%(RSD=1.80%)(n=5)。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为归芍通络合剂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Guishao Tongluo Mixture. Methods: The column Inertsil ODC-SP C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was methanol-water (50:50), the flow rate was 0.8 ml · min -1. ; Detection wavelength of 246 nm. Results: Psoralen and isopsoralen showed good linearity in the range of 0.041 6-0.296 9 μg (r = 0.999 8) and 0.040 8-0.284 4 μg (r = 0.999 8) respectively. The recoveries were 98.2% (RSD = 1.25%) and 99.4% (RSD = 1.80%) (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Guishao Tongluo Mixture.
