中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立和发展将北部湾经济区推向了对接东盟的最前沿,北部湾经济区的功能定位得到根本改变。新形势下,北部湾经济区对接东盟呈现出多区域、多领域、多层次、多平台、多机制的特征。北部湾经济区对接东盟的价值重估可从五个方面来把握,即中国—东盟政治互信的新桥梁、中国—东盟经贸合作的新引擎、中国—东盟互联互通的新网络、中国—东盟和谐发展的新实践和中国—东盟人文交流的新纽带。
The establishment and development of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has pushed the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone to the forefront of docking with the ASEAN. The functional orientation of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has been fundamentally changed. Under the new situation, the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone will have a multi-regional, multi-sectoral, multi-level, multi-platform and multi-mechanism characteristic. Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, docking ASEAN value revaluation can be grasped from five aspects: the new bridge of political trust between China and ASEAN, the new engine of China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation, the new network of China-ASEAN interconnection, the China-ASEAN harmony New Practice of Development and New Link of Humanistic Exchanges between China and ASEAN.
