[目的]为三唑磷的微生物降解提供参考.[方法]通过初筛和复筛试验,从某农药厂污水中分离得到1株降解三唑磷的菌株TF413,用Biolog微生物自动分析系统对该菌株进行鉴定,并研究培养基组成、初始pH值、培养温度、装液量、接种量等对菌株降解三唑磷特性的影响.[结果]经鉴定,TF413菌株为粪产碱杆菌(Alcaligenes faecalis),其降解三唑磷的最适温度为32 ℃、最适初始pH值为7.0,最适装液量为100 ml三角瓶中装50 ml培养基,最佳培养基为营养肉汤,接种量对TF413降解三唑磷的效果无明显影响.[结论]TF413以共代谢的方式降解三唑磷,培养72 h对三唑磷的降解率为70.83%.
