通过对喷雾性能测试试验,分析了TEPEC-B1型高压静电喷雾器的喷雾优点,以及在什么情况下怎样操作等问题,使TEPEC-B1型高压静电喷雾器更好的应用于实践。并且采用纸卡法在室内和开阔地对TEPEC-B1型高压静电喷雾器进行了雾滴大小,喷雾距离,喷雾密度和喷雾量的测试,同时与常规喷雾器进行了比较。测试结果表明:TEPEC-B1型高压静电喷雾器荷电喷雾的雾滴密度显著高于非荷电喷雾,并且靶标背面的雾滴密度也明显增大。荷电喷雾的雾滴粒径只有常规喷雾雾滴粒径的1/4~1/3,且粒径谱较常规喷雾器窄,雾滴均匀度较高。TEPEC-B1型高压静电喷雾器通过不同档位调节可以控制喷雾量和喷雾距离,适于保护地不同类型蔬菜的病虫害防治。
Through the spray performance test, TEPEC-B1 type high voltage electrostatic atomizer spray advantages, as well as under what circumstances how to operate and other issues, TEPEC-B1 type high voltage electrostatic atomizer better applied to practice. The TEPEC-B1 high-voltage electrostatic atomizer was also tested for size, spray distance, spray density and spray volume by paper card method indoors and in the open area, and compared with conventional sprayers. The test results show that the droplet density of the charged spray of the TEPEC-B1 high-voltage electrostatic atomizer is significantly higher than that of the uncharged spray, and the droplet density on the back of the target is also obviously increased. The particle size of the droplets of the charged spray is only 1/4 to 1/3 of that of the conventional spray droplets, and the particle size spectrum is narrower than that of the conventional atomizer, and the uniformity of the droplets is high. TEPEC-B1-type high-pressure electrostatic sprayers through different gear adjustment can control the amount of spray and spray distance, suitable for protection of different types of vegetables pest control.
