厚壁高温高压管线的涂层施工与评价

委内瑞拉某石油公司为提高石油采收率。正在开发一项高压气体汪入项目。该项目旨在将压缩厂的气体压力由1200lb/in2提高到9000lb/in2,再将其输向注入井,如此高气压和高温(90℃),公司选择了壁厚2.5in的API5L-X60碳素钢管作为输气管。管线采用了双层熔结环氧涂层,接头处使用高温热收缩套。涂层选择中所考虑的几个参数为:高温、壁厚、施工条件、焊接过程中的热控制及实验室中的涂层特性。涂层评估采用的是一个经特定设计的高温试验。实验室结果(抗冲击、固化度、阴极剥离、附着力、热水浸泡)表明;所用施工条件满足项目的技术要求。 A Venezuelan oil company to increase oil recovery.
