水利部水文水利调度中心委托河海大学水文系主办的第二期“洪水预报研讨班”于1992年10月15日～11月6日在南京市举办。参加该研讨班的有省水文总站、省防办及流域机构有关同志共30名学员。水文水利调度中心卢九渊主任在开班典礼上作了重要讲话。研讨班开设的学习课程,不但着重理论知识学习,而且还注重实际操作和开拓学员的知识视野,除开设流域水文模型及其实例、统计预报模型、实时预报方法、产汇流理论等课程外,还安排了相应的上机实习和5次专题讲座。
Hydrology and Water Resources Dispatch Center of Ministry of Water Resources commissioned the second phase of “Flood Forecast Seminar” hosted by the Department of Hydrology of Hohai University from October 15 to November 6, 1992 in Nanjing. A total of 30 trainees from provincial hydrological stations, provincial defense agencies and river basin agencies attended the seminar. Director of Hydrology and Water Resources Dispatching Center Lu Jiuyuan made an important speech at the opening ceremony. The seminars offered by the seminar not only focus on the study of theoretical knowledge, but also pay attention to the practical operation and broaden the knowledge horizon of the students. In addition to setting up the hydrological models of the watershed and its examples, statistical forecasting models, real-time forecasting methods and production and sinking theory, Arranged for the corresponding computer internship and 5 seminars.
