在分析影响螺山站水位流量关系各种因素的基础上，提出了各种因素之间一定的互补作用是导致螺山站水位流量关系多年基本稳定的原因之一的基本观点。通过建立的螺山站流量模型，计算了螺山水文站在裁弯前后因河床淤积导致水位流量关系抬高的程度，进而给出了近年来螺山站水位流量关系的变化规律，为分析１９９８ 年洪水成因提供了基础
Based on the analysis of various factors affecting the relationship between the water level and the flow at Luoshan Station, it is put forward that the certain complementarities between various factors are the basic ideas that lead to the basically stable relationship between the water level and the discharge at Luoshan Station for many years. Through the established flow model of Luoshan Station, the relationship between the water level and the discharge of Luoshan Hydrological Station caused by siltation of the riverbed before and after cutting is calculated. Then the variation of water level and discharge at Luoshan Station in recent years is given. The causes of the floods provide the foundation
