目的:探寻不同的冻藏时间对海产品中霍乱弧菌的检出率的影响。方法:对已被染菌的冻秋刀鱼在不同的冻藏时间内,进行检测霍乱弧菌的实验。结果:已染菌的秋刀鱼样本,在冻藏期为25d以内时,其霍乱弧菌的检出率能达到100%;而当冻藏时间延长至60d时,其霍乱弧菌的检出率为91.43%;当冻藏时间达到90d时,霍乱弧菌的检出率为83.33%;当冻藏时间增加至120d时,其霍乱弧菌的检出率仅为53.33%。结论:水产品的冻藏期在25d内,对霍乱弧菌的检出率无影响,而当冻藏期超过25d时,霍乱弧菌的检出率则随时间的增加而降低。
Objective: To explore the influence of different frozen storage time on the detection rate of Vibrio cholera in seafood. Methods: Vibrio cholerae test was carried out on frozen saury, which has been inoculated with bacteria in different frozen storage time. Results: The detection rate of V. cholerae was 100% when the chilled saury was within 25d, while the detection rate of V. cholerae was longer when the storage time was extended to 60d Was 91.43%. The detection rate of Vibrio cholerae was 83.33% when the frozen storage time reached 90 days. When the frozen storage time was increased to 120 days, the detection rate of V. cholerae was only 53.33%. Conclusion: The detection rate of Vibrio cholerae during the frozen storage period of aquatic products has no effect on the detection rate of Vibrio cholera within 25 days, while the detection rate of Vibrio cholerae decreases with the increase of time when the storage period exceeds 25 days.
