针对波形弹簧的模态,文中以波形弹簧的固有频率分析为出发点,首先运用Pro/E软件设计创建波形弹簧三维实体模型,生成能够导入ANSYS软件的.iges格式文件,并运用ANSYS软件对此模型进行有限元求解,以获得其模态特性,综合运用以上两个软件,使得对较为复杂的波形弹簧的模态分析变得简单。通过对波形弹簧的固有频率的数值仿真,并将仿真结果与已有的碟形弹簧分析结果做对比,得到了在同等条件下波形弹簧和碟形弹簧的固有频率对照数据。
Aiming at the modal of wave spring, the paper analyzes the natural frequency of wave spring as a starting point. Firstly, using Pro / E software to create three-dimensional solid model of wave spring, generating .iges format file which can be imported into ANSYS software and using ANSYS software Finite element solution to obtain its modal properties, combined use of the above two software, making the complex wave spring modal analysis becomes simple. Through the numerical simulation of the natural frequency of the wave spring and the comparison between the simulation results and the existing disc spring analysis results, the natural frequency comparison data of the wave spring and the disc spring under the same conditions are obtained.
