由于自清洗过滤器自动化程度高而越来越受到重视,但传统的实物模型研发周期长、费用高。为此,运用FLUENT 6.3软件对全自动网式过滤器在不同流量下的清水流场进行模拟,并分别选取流量为100、200、300m3/h的3种工况,提取典型断面的关键数据,获得速度云图和压强云图。结果表明,虽然流量的改变对过滤器流场影响不大,但是随着流量的增大,水头损失会变大,且滤网所承受的速度差和压强差也在增大,这会导致滤网过滤效率降低、寿命减少等问题。因此,在选择过滤器最适合的工作流量时,应结合实际情况综合考虑灌溉流量、灌水时间、水质、过滤器数量等因素。
