本文根据三点弯曲试样的J积分计算式及da/dN=C_1(ΔJ)~r的实验事实,导出了三点弯曲试样用ΔJ表征的从线弹性直至全面屈服范围内疲劳裂纹亚临界扩展速率表达式其中高周疲劳近似为它和Paris关系是一致的;而高应变疲劳则为它和Coffin-Manson关系相当。16Mn钢在空气和饱和H_2S水溶液介质中的实验结果表明上述公式是正确的,饱和H_2S水溶液明显加速了疲劳裂纹的亚临界扩展。
Based on the experimental results of J integral and da / dN = C_1 (ΔJ) ~ r of the three-point bending specimen, the three-point bending test specimen is characterized by ΔJ from linear elasticity to subcritical distribution of fatigue crack Expansion rate expression where the high cycle fatigue approximates that it is consistent with the Paris relationship; and high strain fatigue is the same as it is with Coffin-Manson. The experimental results of 16Mn steel in air and saturated H 2 S aqueous solution show that the above formula is correct. Saturated H 2 S solution accelerates the subcritical expansion of fatigue crack.
