绞股蓝(gynostemma pentaphyllun makino),民间用于治疗咳嗽、慢性气管炎、肝炎等疾病。近几年的药理研究证明有抗衰老、抗疲劳、降低过氧化脂质、抑制肿瘤细胞繁殖、抗胃溃疡等方面的效果。为保证质量,本文用紫外分光光度法对绞股蓝速溶茶中的主要有效成份,绞股蓝总皂甙进行了含量测定。 Gynostemma pentaphyllum makino is a folk used to treat diseases such as cough, chronic bronchitis and hepatitis. Pharmacological studies in recent years have demonstrated anti-aging, anti-fatigue, lipid peroxidation, inhibition of tumor cell proliferation, and resistance to gastric ulcers. In order to ensure the quality, the main active ingredients of Gynostemma pentaphyllum tea and the total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum were determined by UV spectrophotometry.
