用TEM研究了Ti-34wt%Al(加有V和Er)挤压棒中的显微组织特征。挤压变形后,合金中出现了等轴状的γ单相晶粒区和α_2+γ两相片层域团。根据γ相的孪生系和γ相与α_2之间的结晶学位向关系,用矩阵分析方法标定和分析了α_2相、γ相及其挛晶的合成电子衍射谱,定出α_2片层的排列方向。文章对片层组织的生成及层中的精细结构也进行了讨论。
The microstructures of Ti-34wt% Al (plus V and Er) extruded rods were investigated by TEM. After extrusion deformation, the equiaxed γ-phase grains and α_2 + γ two-phase grains appear in the alloy. According to the crystallographic orientation relationship between γ phase and γ phase and α_2 phase, the synthesis electron diffraction spectrum of α_2 phase, γ phase and its twin crystal was calibrated and analyzed by matrix analysis method, and the arrangement direction of α_2 plate was determined . The article also discusses the formation of the slice organization and the fine structure in the layer.
