本文分别采用定量金相法、对偶拉伸法测量了300M钢表面WC10Co4Cr涂层的孔隙率和结合强度,同时通过轴向拉-压高频疲劳测试分析了喷涂前后基体的疲劳极限。研究结果表明,此涂层孔隙率可以达到1%以下,涂层结合强度大于70MPa;涂层工艺对于基体的疲劳极限有一定的影响:喷涂后,基体疲劳极限为基体的86%。
In this paper, the porosity and bonding strength of WC10Co4Cr coating on 300M steel were measured by the method of quantitative metallography. The fatigue limit of the matrix before and after spraying was analyzed by axial tension-compression high-frequency fatigue test. The results show that the porosity of the coating can reach below 1%, and the bonding strength of the coating is more than 70MPa. The coating process has certain influence on the fatigue limit of the matrix: the fatigue limit of the matrix is 86% of the matrix after spraying.
