介入放射工作人员尿中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷检测与分析

目的:探讨介入操作对介入放射工作人员尿中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷水平的影响。方法:选取53名普通放射工作人员作为普通放射组,58名介入放射工作人员作为介入放射组,47名非职业受照人员作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测尿中8-OHdG水平,用苦味酸法测定尿中的肌酐,计算8-OHdG的肌酐校正值。结果:经统计分析,三组人群之间尿中8-OHdG浓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=4.00,P<0.05)。介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG均高于普通放射组和对照组(P<0.05),随着放射工龄的延长,每周介入手术量的增加,介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG水平基本呈上升趋势。结论:长期低剂量电离辐射可使介入放射工作人员尿中8-OHdG水平升高,引起机体DNA氧化损伤。 Objective: To investigate the influence of intervention on the level of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine in the urine of interventional radiologists. Methods: Fifty-five general radiological workers were selected as normal radiology group, 58 interventional radiological staff as interventional radiology group and 47 non-professional staff as control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect urinary 8-OHdG level, Urinary creatinine was measured by picric acid method and the creatinine correction value of 8-OHdG was calculated. Results: The statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference in urinary 8-OHdG concentrations between the three groups (F = 4.00, P <0.05). The urinary 8-OHdG level of interventional radiologists was higher than that of the normal radiotherapy group and the control group (P <0.05). With the prolongation of the radiological service, the weekly interventional volume increased and the level of 8-OHdG Upward trend. Conclusion: Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation can raise the level of 8-OHdG in the urine of interventional radiologists, causing DNA oxidative damage in the body.
