重复举报一直是困扰信访举报的难点之一。党的十八大以来,新一届中央领导集体对党风廉政建设提出了更新更高的要求,群众对反腐败工作、对纪检监察机关寄予了更多的关注和期望,这些新的变化在信访举报工作上得到了一定体现,其中比较明显的是重复举报件数量增多。以大庆市纪委信访室为例,上半年,共受理群众来信、来访、电话和网络举报562件(次),其中重复举报198件,占举报件总数的35.2%,同比增长15.1%。 Repeated reporting has always been one of the difficulties that plagued petitions reporting.
