针对接触式测量方式在精密检测过程中触针易磨损、扫描速度较慢和扩展性差等问题,开发了基于虚拟仪器和激光三角法的散热片外形精密测试系统。对散热片外形尺寸的测量原理进行了分析,并对测试系统硬件结构、软件结构、数据采集和滤波算法等关键技术进行了研究,给出了圆弧半径的具体测量评定方法。
In order to solve the problems that the stylus is easy to wear and tear, the scanning speed is slow and the expansibility is poor, the precision measurement system of fin shape based on virtual instrument and laser trigonometry is developed. The measurement principle of heat sink external dimensions is analyzed. The key technologies such as the hardware structure, software structure, data acquisition and filtering algorithm of the test system are also studied. The method of measuring and evaluating the arc radius is given.
