教学质量关乎人才培养质量,而教师教学是学校整个教学工作的关键环节,也是教师工作的核心,其教学质量的好坏直接关系到学校教学质量的高低。目前,由于高职院校专业教师教学能力标准不完善给整个教学质量带来了严重影响。该研究以畜牧兽医专业为例,结合湖南省高等职业院校技能抽查、职业技能鉴定和工作岗位3个方面研究不同层次教师(合格教师、骨干教师和专业带头人)的教学能力标准,对高职畜牧兽医专业教学质量的提高具有重要的指导意义。 The quality of teaching is related to the quality of personnel training. However, teacher teaching is the key link of the entire teaching work and also the core of teachers’ work. The quality of teaching is directly related to the quality of teaching in schools. At present, the imperfect standard of teaching ability of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges has seriously affected the whole teaching quality. This research takes the animal husbandry and veterinary profession as an example, studies the teaching ability standards of teachers (qualified teachers, key teachers and professional leaders) of different levels based on the three aspects of skills sampling, occupational skill appraisal and job post in higher vocational colleges of Hunan Province, The improvement of teaching quality of livestock husbandry and veterinary medicine is of great guiding significance.
