随着社会经济的快速发展,企业制度的不断改革,企业员工的价值观模式也应该同时受到影响,企业的领导层应该将发展的眼光落在员工的思想教育和培养上,而不能单纯的考虑员工能为企业创造多少效益。当企业员工的整体素质有所改善,员工的思想政治觉悟有所提高的时候,企业的未来发展将会随之得到促进。因此,新时期下的企业,为了在激烈的市场经济中脱颖而出,就要不断挖掘员工的潜力,从思想政治上感化员工,使得企业和员工之前形成良好的双赢态势。本文首先阐述了目前企业员工思想政治的普遍现象,从中找到无法促使企业员工思想政治觉悟提高的主要原因,最后,提出了改进新时期企业员工思想政治工作的相关对策。

This article firstly elaborates the common phenomenon of employee ideological and political work at present, and finds out the main reason that can not promote the ideological and political consciousness of employee. At last, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the employee ideological and political work in the new era.
