根据理论力学原理对曲柄连杆式飞剪进行了运动分析,推导了飞剪剪刃位移、速度和加速度的理论计算公式,编写了相应的计算程序,并以某高速线材轧制线曲柄连杆式飞剪为算例进行了计算,实践证明了计算理论和方法的正确性。
According to the theory of mechanics, the kinematic analysis of the crank-link flying shear is carried out. The theoretical calculation formulas of the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration of the flying shear are deduced. Corresponding calculation programs are compiled. With a high speed wire rod, The flying shear is calculated for the example, and the correctness of the calculation theory and method is proved.
