目的探讨磨盘草正丁醇部位提取物抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿炎症模型观察磨盘草正丁醇部位提取物对急、慢性炎症的影响。结果各个产地磨盘草正丁醇部位提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀均有显著抑制作用(P<0.01),对小鼠棉球肉芽肿慢性炎症模型有抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论磨盘草正丁醇部位提取物对急、慢性炎症均有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of n-butanol fraction extracted from abalone Methods The mouse ear auricle swelling caused by xylene and mouse granuloma induced by cotton ball were used to observe the effect of extract of n-butanol on the acute and chronic inflammation. Results The n-butanol fraction extracts from S. chinensis significantly inhibited the auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice (P <0.01), and inhibited the chronic inflammatory model of cotton granuloma in mice (P <0.05). Conclusion Extract of n-butanol fraction of S.japonica could inhibit both acute and chronic inflammation.
