以DP(二烯丙基双酚A)和EP(环氧树脂)为原料,合成了烯丙基酚氧树脂(即改性剂A);然后以改性剂A作为BMI(双马来酰亚胺)树脂的改性剂,制备了相应的复合材料。研究结果表明:当m(BMI)∶m(改性剂A)=100∶100时,该复合材料的综合性能相对最好,其层间剪切强度为63.6 MPa、弯曲强度为594.4 MPa,并具有良好的耐热性和耐水性。
Allyl phenoxy resin (modifier A) was synthesized by using DP (diallyl bisphenol A) and EP (epoxy resin) as raw materials. Then, modifier A was used as BMI Imine) resin modifier to prepare the corresponding composite material. The results show that when m (BMI): m (modifier A) = 100: 100, the composite has the best comprehensive properties, the interlaminar shear strength is 63.6 MPa and the flexural strength is 594.4 MPa Has good heat resistance and water resistance.
