为预防电站锅炉裂纹或爆裂,需要建立电站锅炉生命期致裂因素集并了解其致裂机制。搜集了大量出自不同电站锅炉裂纹实例并对其成因进行了分类分析,以寻求电站锅炉的致裂因素、致裂机制及其与锅炉生命期阶段的关联性。对192例电站锅炉裂纹致裂因素分析发现,51%的锅炉裂纹与制造阶段相关,47%与安装使用阶段有关。
In order to prevent cracks or bursts of power station boilers, it is necessary to establish the set of life-time fission factors of power station boilers and understand their cracking mechanism. A large number of cases of crack from different power station boilers were collected and their causes were classified and analyzed in order to find the fission factors and the fission mechanism of the power station boilers and the correlation with the life cycle of boilers. Analysis of crack causes in 192 cases of boiler found that 51% of the boiler cracks were related to the manufacturing stage and 47% were related to the installation and use stage.
