胜利油田地调指挥部革命职工,在批林整风运动的推动下,以大庆为榜样,高举“鞍钢宪法”的旗帜,大搞技术革新,技术革命。为了克服海滩地区交通不便,不能使用钻机车打井的困难,他们在党的领导下群策群力,从七二年四月开始进行了地震火箭代替钻机钻炮井的试验。经过多次试验,证明这种地震火箭可以在土壤坚实系数≤45公斤/厘米~2的地方使用。对不同坚实程度的土壤可以利用火箭发动机的燃料和尾部喷口直径来调节钻入地下的深度。对软地层用一级火箭发动机即可达到所需要的激发深度,在较硬的土层用两级火箭发动机即可钻入必要的深度。
