目的开展医疗机构消毒效果监测,规范医疗机构消毒管理。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》监测市属9家医疗机构。结果 9家市属医疗机构2008、2009、2010年消毒合格率分别为98.4%、98.9%、98.7%,平均98.6%;医护人员手和空气的监测合格率分别为95.6%和96.3%。结论 9家市属医院消毒质量总体较好,管理较规范;在所有监测项目中医护人员手和空气的监测合格率相对较低。
Objective To carry out the monitoring of disinfection in medical institutions and standardize the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods According to the Ministry of Health “disinfection technical specifications” to monitor municipal 9 medical institutions. Results The disinfection pass rates of 9 municipal medical institutions in 2008, 2009 and 2010 were 98.4%, 98.9% and 98.7% respectively, with an average of 98.6%. The pass rates of hand and air monitoring for medical staff were 95.6% and 96.3% respectively. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in 9 municipal hospitals is generally good and the management is more standardized. The pass rate of hand and air monitoring of medical staff in all monitoring projects is relatively low.
