沥清路面热再生是一种预防性养护工艺,20世纪70年代,国外对沥青路面再生技术进行了深入研究,并取得了一系列成果,形成了一套较完整的技术规范。它利用旧沥青混合料,既可以节约有限的沥青资源,又可以节省石料,保护环境,符合国家产业政策和社会发展的需求。目前,江苏省高速公路通车里程已突破4000公里,且全部是沥青路面。虽然沥青路面的设计寿命为15年,但从江苏省的实际使用情况看,受车流量大、超载等因素的影响,部分路面在运营3~5年后就进入大面积的维修和改造阶段。因此,江苏省高速公路将面临一个长期繁重的养护任务。沥青路面热再生作为一种预防性养护工艺,它快捷、经济、环保的特点,在一定程度上可以缓解江苏省高速公路养护的压力。
Bitumen thermal regeneration is a preventive maintenance process. In the 1970s, foreign countries conducted in-depth research on asphalt pavement regeneration technology and achieved a series of achievements, forming a complete set of technical specifications. It uses the old asphalt mixture, can save limited asphalt resources, but also can save stone, protect the environment, in line with national industrial policy and social development. At present, the mileage of expressways in Jiangsu Province has exceeded 4,000 kilometers and all are asphalt pavements. Although the design life of asphalt pavement is 15 years, from the actual usage of Jiangsu Province, some pavements enter the stage of large-scale maintenance and transformation after being operated for 3-5 years due to the influence of traffic flow and overloading. Therefore, the expressway in Jiangsu Province will face a long-term heavy maintenance task. As a precautionary maintenance process, asphalt pavement thermal regeneration has the characteristics of fast, economical and environmental protection, which can relieve the pressure on the expressway maintenance in Jiangsu Province to a certain extent.
