中国加入WTO和世界经济的一体化,给中国工会工作既带来了很好的发展机遇,更带来了深层次、多方面的严峻挑战。在新的形势面前,工会工作怎样才能更好地认真贯彻落实江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想和党的“十六大”精神,在继承的基础上进一步创新地开展工会工作,这是摆在我们各级工会面前的一个崭新课题。那么,如何才能创新地开展好新时期的工会工作?我们认为,作为基层企业工会组织来讲,关键是要始终坚持“三心”,即:坚持紧跟党委这个核心、围绕行政工作中心、适应职工群众之心地开展工会工作,只有这样,才能全面提升工会工作的活力和吸引力。

In our opinion, as the grass-roots trade unions, the key is to always adhere to the “three hearts” principle. That is, we should adhere to the core of the party committees and center around the administrative work centers, Only by doing this can the workers and staff members work in a fair way to promote the vitality and attractiveness of the trade union work in an all-round way.
