目的针对我院门诊药房药品咨询窗口开设情况及药品咨询内容进行分析,为做好患者合理、安全用药的服务工作。方法对近三年来,到我院就诊患者用药咨询记录资料、咨询的内容等进行回顾性分析。结果药品咨询窗口的开设拉近了医患距离,增进了药师、临床医师及患者之间关于合理、安全用药情况的沟通,大大提高了疾病的治疗效果,保障了广大患者的用药安全。结论门诊药房药品咨询窗口的设置,只是我院在提高医疗服务质量措施中的一小部分,它消除患者疑虑,得到患者的信任,拉近了医患距离,也促进了药学人员的专业知识范围。体现了药师的自身价值,重树药师良好的社会形象,更重要的是保障了患者合理、安全用药。
Objective To analyze the establishment of pharmacy counseling window in our outpatient pharmacy and the contents of drug counseling, so as to make the patient reasonable and safe medication service. Methods The past three years, to our hospital patients consultation medication records, consulting content for retrospective analysis. Results The opening of the drug consultation window narrowed the distance between doctors and patients, promoted communication among pharmacists, clinicians and patients about reasonable and safe drug use, greatly improved the treatment effect of the disease and ensured the medication safety of the majority of patients. Conclusion The outpatient setting of pharmacy consultation window is only a small part of our hospital’s measures to improve the quality of medical service. It eliminates the patient’s suspicion, gets the trust of the patient, brings the doctor-patient distance closer and promotes the pharmacy’s professional knowledge . Reflects the pharmacist’s own value, rebuilding a good social image of pharmacists, more importantly, to protect the patient reasonable and safe medication.
