患者女 ,2 0岁。因左眼无明显诱因视力下降 5 d,来我院就诊。起病前 1周曾有轻微感冒 ,无既往眼病史。无眼痛或其它眼部不适。检查 :全身状况良好。眼部检查 :视力右眼 1.2 ,左眼0 .1,不能矫正提高。裂隙灯检查双眼眼前段无明显异常。左眼视盘稍有水肿及充血 ,黄斑中心凹反光消 Female patient, 20 years old.
