人力资源使用中要充分调动员工的积极性和凝聚力的一个有效途径就是建立和完善公正、公平、公开的绩效考核体系。我国国有企业绩效考核已实施多年,但真正达到考核目的不多。在绩效考核执行中存在一些问题。本文试分析了四个方面的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的改进措施。
An effective way to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and cohesion of employees in the use of human resources is to establish and perfect a fair, fair and open performance appraisal system. The performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises in our country has been implemented for many years, but the actual purpose of appraisal is not much. There are some problems in the implementation of performance appraisal. This paper tries to analyze the four aspects of the problem, and put forward corresponding improvement measures for the problem.
