本文介绍用石墨炉原子吸收法测定眼玻璃体和房水样品中铜和铁。考察了不同样品预处理方法对分析结果的影响,并对试样基体的干扰,以及消除干扰的方法进行了研究。结果表明:用2.O×10~(-2)mol·L~(-1)硝酸作稀释剂直接稀释试样,既能避免因对试样采用复杂冗长的样品预处理步骤而易引起的沾污和损失问题,又能有效地消除试样基体对测定铜、铁的影响。方法的变异系数小于10%,样品加入铜、铁标准的回收率为98%~104%。
This article describes the determination of copper and iron in the vitreous humor and aqueous humor by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of different sample pretreatment methods on the analysis results was investigated. The interference of sample matrix and the method of eliminating interference were studied. The results showed that diluting the sample directly with 2.O × 10 -2 mol·L -1 nitric acid as diluent can avoid the problems caused by using complicated and lengthy sample preparation steps Contamination and loss problems, but also effectively eliminate the sample matrix on the determination of copper, iron. The coefficient of variation of the method was less than 10%. The standard recovery of copper and iron samples was 98% ~ 104%.
