文章介绍了国内外防震减灾规划现状,我国防震减灾规划历史沿革、发展历程及在西北地区开展区、县级防震减灾规划的迫切性和现实意义。以宁夏吴忠市红寺堡区为例,详细分析了西北地区的区、县防震减灾规划现状与存在的特殊问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。为我国西北地区防震减灾规划的科学编制与有效实施提供参考。 The paper introduces the current situation of earthquake disaster reduction and reduction programs at home and abroad, the historical evolution and development of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction planning in our country, and the urgency and practical significance of carrying out district and county earthquake prevention and disaster reduction plans in Northwest China. Taking Hongsibu District of Wuzhong City in Ningxia as an example, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation and special problems of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction planning in districts and counties of Northwest China and puts forward corresponding solutions. It provides a reference for the scientific establishment and effective implementation of earthquake-resistant and disaster-reduction planning in Northwest China.
