本文采用高强度钢材料,利用简化的WOL型试样,在含硝酸、硫酸的溶液中进行应力腐蚀和氢脆的试验。试验结果与采用应力环试验是十分接近的,再一次证明应力腐蚀断裂与氢脆断裂是同时发生的,分别进行的,它们的脆性效应是简单的迭加。试验表明,应力腐蚀与氢脆效应在模拟的酸雨型溶液中是敏感的。因此提醒人们特别注意,在污染的自然环境条件下受力构件在应力腐蚀与氢脆的双重作用下发生脆断的危险性。
In this paper, high-strength steel materials, the use of simplified WOL-type samples, nitric acid, sulfuric acid solution containing stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement test. The test results are very close to the stress ring test. Once again, stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement fracture occur simultaneously and separately, and their brittleness effect is simply superposition. Experiments have shown that stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement are sensitive to simulated acid rain solutions. It is therefore reminded that special attention is paid to the danger of brittle fracture of stressed components under the combined effect of stress corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement in a polluted natural environment.
