华北地区多次强震发展断层走向表明,该区存在主应力方向一致的应力场。根据库伦-纳维强度理论,本文提出了临界走向断层的概念,探讨了形成闭锁段的物理机制。同时引用作者以往的研究结果——闭锁段附近断层错距和应力场的某些特征。 综合这些结果,本文构成了一套按力学原理划定强震危险区的方法。此外,还讨论了估计未来地震震级的方法。
The trend of faults in many strong earthquakes in North China indicates that there are stress fields with consistent principal stress directions in this area. According to the Coulomb-Navier-Stokes theory, the concept of critical strike-to-fault is proposed in this paper, and the physical mechanism of forming a closed section is discussed. At the same time, the author’s previous research results - some characteristics of fault offset and stress field in the vicinity of the block are quoted. Based on these results, this paper forms a set of methods for delineating the strong earthquake zone by mechanics. In addition, methods to estimate the magnitude of future earthquakes are discussed.
