吉林化学工业公司,是一个综合性石油化工联合企业,下属25个企事业单位,拥有主要化工生产装置88套,设备55400多台套。 几年来,公司在企业整顿和经济体制改革中,始终把设备管理维修当成企业管理的一项重要工作来抓,以开展创建无泄漏工厂(车间)活动为突破口,抓紧设备整顿,装备素质不断改善,经济效益逐年提高。 一、提高认识,把创建无泄漏工厂(车间)活动做为整顿设备的突破口 十一届三中全会以来,公司党委坚决拨乱反正,从零开始,从头做起,从难、从严、从细地开展设备整顿。不断克服“化工生产跑冒滴漏难免”和“工艺落后,设备陈旧,腐蚀严重,实现无泄漏难”的思想。本着“抓两头带全局”的原则,发扬愚公精神,艰苦奋斗,从创建无泄漏工段、车间、管廊,发展到创建无泄漏工厂。先后12个主要生产厂都被命名为无泄漏工厂,全公司296万多个密封点的泄漏率降到0.3‰以下,设备完好率达到97％。厂区清洁文明,绿树成荫,企业和职工的精神面貌发生了根本变化。

The leak rate of more than 2.96 million sealing points across the company dropped below 0.3%, and the equipment intact rate reached 97%. Clean plant civilization, tree-lined, business and staff mental outlook has undergone fundamental changes.
