Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is characterized by amenorrhea and the resulting anovulatory infertility, hirsutism and obesity, the most serious reproductive biochemical abnormalities are hyperandrogenism, its possible mechanism is the activation of the hypothalamus - Pituitary - adrenal axis system.
