目的:研究放射防护最优化对数字X射线摄影中受检者辐射剂量降低的价值。材料与方法:资料选取本院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的近乎标准体格112例受检者予以回顾性地分析,对数字X射线摄影放射防护最优化体系进行制定,对比放射防护最优化实施前后对受检者辐射剂量降低的价值。结果:优化后受检者各摄影体位剂量-面积乘积、体表入射剂量和曝光指数均比优化前低(P<0.01);优化后影像废弃概率2.95%比优化前10.42%低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:放射防护最优化对数字X射线摄影中受检者辐射剂量具有降低作用,且有利于降低影像废弃概率,值得临床推广及应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the value of radiation protection optimization for radiation dose reduction in digital radiography. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Data were collected from 112 near-standard patients in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016. The data were analyzed retrospectively. The radiological protection optimization system of digital radiography was developed and compared with that of radiation protection Optimized before and after the implementation of the radiation dose to reduce the value. Results: After optimization, the dose-area product, body-surface dose and exposure index were lower than those before optimization (P <0.01); the optimized image rejection rate was 2.95% lower than that before optimization (10.42% , P <0.01). Conclusion: Radiation protection optimization can reduce the radiation dose of digital radiography and reduce the probability of image abandonment, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
