介绍了如何将单片机应用于温度测量与控制系统中,使测量和控制智能化。系统的核心部件是 89C51单片机。首先建立控温模型,通过硬件的合理配置及用软件选择合适的加热模式,使控制满足模型中不同阶段的要求。系统采用一致性好、精度高的热敏电阻作为测温元件。更换测头不需要调整硬件或软件,性能稳定可靠。用光隔控制可控硅的导通与截止,从而控制加热电压的通与断,使控制具有灵敏、可靠、抗干扰能力强等优点。本系统测温、控温精度高,达到设定温度所需时间短。
