在切入正题“会所”之前,我还得说说私房菜。关于私房菜,以前追本溯源的版本很多了,我的大致理解是,私房菜是从历代的官宦门第或大富人家的后院厨房因缘际会演变而来的。因此,时下风生水起的私房菜因为这“名门出身”也就需要具备几个要素。
