目的了解娄底市大学生AIDS知识知晓程度及对AIDS患者的态度和开展AIDS健康教育的效果,以便制定针对性的健康教育策略。方法采用整群抽样法,对1058名学生进行AIDS基本知识和态度前后两轮问卷调查。结果12道AIDS基本知识问卷题,宣传教育前回答正确在80%以上有5道题,经宣传教育后回答正确在80%以上有11道题,所有问题前后两次知晓率比较差异均有显著性意义。学生对待AIDS患者持关心态度,前后两次回答差异无显著性,愿意同AIDS患者同班上课且教育后明显高于教育前,差异有显著性意义。结论以学校为基础的AIDS健康教育行之有效,让学生完整地了解AIDS基本知识并持之以恒,才能更有效地遏制AIDS发病和流行。
Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS knowledge among students in Loudi City, their attitude towards AIDS patients and the effectiveness of AIDS health education in order to develop targeted health education strategies. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to survey 1,058 students before and after AIDS basic knowledge and attitudes. Results 12 AIDS basic knowledge questionnaire questions, correct answers before propaganda and education There are 5 questions in more than 80%, after the propaganda and education, the answer is correct. There are 11 questions in more than 80% of the questions. The differences in the awareness rate of the two times before and after all issues are significant. Sexual significance. Students showed concern about AIDS patients. There was no significant difference between the two before and after the answer. They were willing to attend class in the same class as AIDS patients and after education was significantly higher than before education. The differences were significant. Conclusion The school-based AIDS health education is effective, allowing students to fully understand the AIDS basic knowledge and persevere in order to more effectively curb the incidence and prevalence of AIDS.
