对于一个智能制造系统,系统单元结构的自组织能力是非常重要的.本文阐述了自组织系统在结构上应满足谐振、放大、反馈、非线形及低信息量来源这五个基本条件,利用智能工程中的集成智能单元,建立了具有自组织单元的基本结构,分析了自组织能力的实现原理.并提出了IMS自组织单元的基本结构,该结构具有良好的开放性,便于实现嵌套式建模,具有很强的知识库进化能力,并且能与其它系统集成.
For an intelligent manufacturing system, the self-organization capability of the system unit structure is very important. This paper states that the self-organizing system should satisfy the five basic conditions of resonance, amplification, feedback, nonlinearity and low information sources in structure. Using the integrated intelligent unit in intelligent engineering, the basic structure of self-organizing unit is established. The realization principle of self-organizing ability. And proposes the basic structure of the IMS self-organizing unit. The structure has good openness, facilitates nested modeling, has strong knowledge base evolution ability, and can be integrated with other systems.
