一、前言以往国内脉冲激光测距接收系统的前置放大器均采用分立元件。由于分立元件参数的离散性大,组装的每块放大器板之间相应的补偿元件值往往相差较大,结果给调试带来很大困难,而且性能稳定性不好。我们采用CF120C和CX2501B组件作为脉冲激光前置放大器,单元板体积小、频带宽、特性曲线平坦、增益高(≥60db)、性能稳定、输出动态范围大、噪声系数小,且装调非常简便,适于批量制作。并可根据不同需要,改变组件块数和外接补偿器件,从而方便地调试成不同频宽和增益的放大器。满足各种不同需要。二、电路分析该放大器电原理图如图1所示。
