目的:建立了利用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定水中微量甘油含量的方法。方法:通过对水中微量的甘油进行过氧化,生成乙醛,再加入乙酰丙酮与生成的乙醛反应,通过紫外分光光度计在414 nm波长处测定生成的黄色化合物的量计算样品中甘油含量。结果:本方法的相对标准偏差为1.0%~1.4%,加标回收率为99.6%~100.8%。结论:验证实验和实际样品检测实验表明:该方法精密度高、准确度好,是一种有效可行的方法。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace glycerol in water by acetylacetone spectrophotometry. Methods: The amount of glycerol in the sample was calculated by peroxidation of traces of glycerol in the water to produce acetaldehyde. Acetylacetone was added to react with the formed acetaldehyde. The amount of yellow compound generated was measured by UV spectrophotometer at 414 nm. Results: The relative standard deviation of this method was 1.0% ~ 1.4%, and the recoveries were 99.6% ~ 100.8%. Conclusion: Validation experiments and real samples testing experiments show that this method is accurate and accurate, which is an effective and feasible method.
