零调准确对于确保生产过程中精轧机的稳定轧制具有重大意义。通过零调过程的IBA曲线,结合精轧机零调原理和现场应用实际,对精轧机零调失败原因及精度问题进行了详细分析,并从操作、维护等方面提出了切实可行的应对措施。现场实践证明,改进后效果良好,可以确保正常零调和轧制精度稳定可靠。
Accurate zero adjustment is of great importance to ensure stable rolling of the finishing mill in the production process. Based on the IBA curve of the zero adjustment process, combined with the zero adjustment principle of the finishing mill and the actual application in the field, the cause and accuracy of the zero adjustment of the finishing mill are analyzed in detail. Practical measures are put forward from the aspects of operation and maintenance. Field practice has proved that the improved effect is good, to ensure that the normal zero-tune and rolling accuracy of stable and reliable.
