试验的提出我厂从1966年开始制造高压容器以来,对手工焊焊缝都采用低氢型碱性焊条进行焊接,例如φ350以下的环缝,层板式容器的层板纵缝,部份深坡口环缝等都采用 T5051或T5052低氢型碱性焊条,电源都用直流。我厂直流焊机很少,往往不够使用,影响生产,同时低氢焊条还产生氟化氢有毒气体,对焊工身体健康有所影响。自从在全国推广采用酸性焊条焊接普通低合金钢后,我们就产生了在高压容器上采用酸性焊条的想法,既
