大学英语教学中的石化现象是指在外语学习过程中,学习者对一种语言的掌握在达到一定水平后,停滞不前,语言使用水平很难有进一步提升。本文试图通过剖析理论、总结实践等方法,希望从打破学生的心理禁锢、强化英语文化的培养、构建科学的教学体系三个方面入手分析石化现象。
The phenomenon of petrification in college English teaching means that in the process of foreign language learning, learners’ mastery of a language reaches a certain level and stagnates, making it difficult to further improve the level of language use. This article tries to analyze the petrification phenomenon from three aspects: analyzing the theory, summarizing the practice and so on, hoping to break the students’ psychological imprisonment, strengthen the training of English culture and construct the scientific teaching system.
