建筑钢筋中钢丝有冷拔低碳钢丝和高强度圆形钢丝两种。冷拔低碳钢丝和高强度圆形钢丝都是通过冷拔制成的。冷拔是在一种特制的拔丝机上,用强力把钢筋从比它的直径稍小的拔丝模(硬质合金钢模)孔中进行拔拉,将其拔成比原钢筋直径小的钢丝。钢筋在冷拔过程中既受拉力,又受侧压力,因此经冷拔后的钢筋强度大幅度提高,塑性显著降低,其性能与原材料强度和引拔后的截面总压缩率有关。
There are two types of steel wire in the construction steel: cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire and high-strength round steel wire. Cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire and high-strength round steel wire are made by cold drawing. Cold drawing is performed on a specially made wire drawing machine by pulling the reinforcing bar out of the hole of the wire drawing die (hard alloy steel die) which is slightly smaller than its diameter, and pulling it into a wire smaller than the original bar diameter. In the process of cold drawing, the steel bar is subjected to both tensile force and lateral pressure. Therefore, the strength of the steel bar after cold drawing is greatly increased, and the plasticity is significantly reduced. The properties of the steel bar are related to the strength of the raw material and the total cross-sectional compression ratio after drawing.
