目的:探讨增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的临床价值。方法:本次研究的40例溶骨性骨质破坏患者均为医院在2014年12月到2015年6月期间收治,结合其病理检验结果,对比其增强前CT值和增强后CT值,研究增强扫描CT值应用于骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的临床价值。结果:经术后病理检验证明,40例患者中有23例骨巨细胞瘤患者,而骨巨细胞瘤与非骨巨细胞瘤患者的增强扫描CT值的组内比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨巨细胞瘤增强扫描CT值的最佳临界值是98HU,增强扫描CT值在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的临床价值较高,可作为骨巨细胞瘤的临床诊断依据之一。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of enhanced CT in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods: Forty patients with osteolytic bone destruction in this study were treated in our hospital from December 2014 to June 2015. The results of pathological examination were compared with those before CT and after CT Enhanced CT scan value in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone in the clinical value. Results: The histopathological examination showed that there were 23 cases of giant cell tumor in 40 cases, while there was significant difference between the group of giant cell tumor and non-giant cell tumor in CT group P <0.05). Conclusion: The best critical value of enhanced CT scan of giant cell tumor of bone is 98HU, and the value of enhanced CT scan in the diagnosis of giant cell tumor of bone is higher, which can be used as one of the clinical diagnosis bases of giant cell tumor of bone.
