考察了锌对AlCl3-BMIC离子液体电解槽炼铝的影响。结果表明:锌的氧化电位相对于铝为0.23V,铝中含锌其钝化电位负移。随着阳极锌含量增加,阴极铝沉积物中的锌含量升高,阳极含锌量为4%时,阴极中锌含量只有阳极含量的1/62,电流效率在94%以上,能耗在1.58kWh/kg-Al~1.68kWh/kg-Al;随着离子液体中Zn(II)的增加,阴极沉积物锌含量增加,铝电沉积的电流效率会有少量的降低,槽电压和能耗变化不大。SEM研究发现,随着沉积层锌含量的增加,晶粒细化,沉积层表面更加平整致密。
The effect of zinc on aluminum production in AlCl3-BMIC ionic liquid electrolyzers was investigated.
