儿童病毒性胃肠炎是由多种病毒引起的以胃肠道表现为主要症状,可伴发热、全身不适或胃肠道外表现的急性肠道传染病。严重者可引起脱水、营养不良,甚至死亡。由于目前尚无有效的治疗方法 ,预防、控制病毒性胃肠炎的感染及暴发流行尤为重要。现就病毒性胃肠炎的病原学、流行病学、发病机制、病理变化及临床表现、诊断方法、预防手段的研究进展进行阐述。 Pediatric viral gastroenteritis is caused by a variety of viruses to gastrointestinal manifestations as the main symptoms, may be associated with fever, general malaise or gastrointestinal manifestations of acute intestinal infectious diseases. Severe cases can cause dehydration, malnutrition, and even death. Because there is no effective treatment, prevention and control of viral gastroenteritis infection and outbreaks are particularly important. Etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, pathological changes and clinical manifestations of viral gastroenteritis, diagnosis methods, prevention methods of research progress are described.
